The cost of tooling shall be paid by C-- in accordance to the schedule set below:

(1) C-- shall pay US $ 14K as this Agreement is signed, B-- shall start developing tooling after receiving first payment.
(2) After completion of the tooling sample, B-- shall notify COLVEN to pay US $ 14K, B-- shall send the product sample to C-- after receiving payment.
(3) After completing the product sample verification test, C-- shall pay B-- US $ 15K for the last payment of tooling.
