Interdizione in genere - Nel senso di divieto si parla di disqualification, ban, injunction, proscription prohibition, restraint, interdiction. Ma non esiste un'equivalente esatto di interdizione per infermità mentale, istituto del "civil law" Esso si riscontra nel diritto franco-canadese. Ma io parlo solo di diritto IT<-> EN (quindi quest'ultimo applicabile solo all'Inghilterra e al Galles. Nel tuo caso mi sembra si tratti di un contratto canadese e quindi di diritto americano-franco-canadese, per cui dovresti dare un'occhiata ai diz. legali anglo-francesi.
