Hallo, im Paragraphen "Applicable Law and Jurisdiction" eines Dienstleistungsvertrages heißt es "The arbitration award shall be final and binding and shall not be subject to appeal to any court in any jurisdiction. The prevailing party may ***enter such decision*** in any court having competent jurisdiction."

Was hat es mit "to enter a decision" beim Schiedsspruch genau auf sich bzw. wie heißt da die dt. Entsprechung?
