Hello, I am translating a food safety manual and have not been able to find a French equivalent of FAT TOM, an acronym used by the food industry to describe the six favorable conditions required for the growth of food-borne pathogens: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FAT_TOM

Pour croître la bactérie a besoin d' @ ETTANO (pas d'éthanol !)
@ETTANO = Eau + Temps + Température + Acidité + Nutriments + Oxygène.
@ETTANO: les valeurs critiques dépendent évidemment de l'espèce bactérienne
E- Eau, humidité suffisante, mesurée par: Aw
T- Temps : durée suffisante dans les bonnes conditions
T- Température permettant la croissance
A- Acidité, pH permettant la croissance. Bactery préfère la neutralité. Est-elle Suisse ?
N- Nutriments : les bactéries doivent manger !
O- Oxygène, ou PAS d'oxygène (anaérobiose) : cela dépend de la bactérie"
