Using a simple scale, with which X Corporation can determine performance expectations and measure outcomes at all levels business wide at all locations worldwide, Performance Leadership gives all of us the necessary freedom and responsibility to contribute in our best manner possible to the profitable growth of our business.
In this handbook, it will become clear to you how, for individuals and teams, Performance Leadership's emphasis is placed on those contributions that we should make to X and on which values we should adopt as guidelines for our business activity as well as for our personal growth when considering today's realistic demands on businesses.
I would like to sincerely thank the twelve members of the international team, who worked together for many months in order to bring this process to life. And thank you also to literally hundreds of members across the world who took the time, while it was still in the growth stage, to occupy themselves with the subject of Performance Leadership, and from whom we received constructive criticism and suggestions. This was indeed a truly global team operation. From this, a performance management system emerged, that should be a solid and useful foundation for all of us now and in the coming years.
