Hi, I'm translating a Uruguayan petition for divorce, in which the standard formatting includes a section titled "DERECHO" (which comes after another called "HECHOS", equivalent to our "RECITALS" section) and I'm not sure what would be the proper way to translate the "DERECHO" heading. Would it be "POINTS AND AUTHORITIES"?
