I'm not getting partial matches

I use SDL Trados 2014 and am not an expert user, as I rarely work with it. My laptop was disturbing and I had to reinstall Windows and indeed different application software. After that I'm not suggested regarding the partial matches of the translation. How can I fix this problem?
