Hi all,

Our client is using the corporate SDL TMS (Translation Management System), with their validator doing changes to our translation online.
After changes, I download the package to open it in Trados Studio to reject/accept the changes.

Hi all,

Our client is using the corporate SDL TMS (Translation Management System), with their validator doing changes to our translation online.
After changes, I download the package to open it in Trados Studio to reject/accept the changes.

To understand what was changed, the translator would like to see some kind of track changes feature in Studio with the edits highlighted.
Since I'm bound by this workflow, I don't have the option to create DOCX validation files.

I'm aware that I can see the segment history in the browser view of SDL TMS, but the UI is too slow and clunky to be practical for implementation, and we haven't figured out if/how this can be enabled in Studio.

Does anyone know? And is the segment history data enclosed in the TMS package in the first place?!

Thanks a lot in advance,

/Jan
