How can I change EN-US to EN-GB of an existing bilingual TM?

Dear All,

I have the following question:

I have a bilingual TM (EN-US – BG) and it contains thousands of translated segments. I need to change one of the two languages: EN-US to EN-GB. Is there an easy way to do that?

Just export your TM as .tmx, right click on it and choose "Open with..." command, then search for "Notepad". In Notepad search for "EN-US" and replace all instances of "EN-US" with "EN-GB". Click "Save" and your EN-GB translation memory is ready to be imported into your CAT tool.

Hi Pavel,

It is much easier with SQL.

Change sub-language from English US to English UK:

UPDATE Sentences SET SubLang=2 where SubLang=1 and Lang=9
