Kilgray: growth fuels need for new hires

Kilgray adds new managers for marketing and product lifecycle management

Release date: 9 July 2013

Kilgray Translation Technologies, developer of the translation solutions memoQ, memoQ server, memoQWebTrans, qTerm and Language Terminal, hired specialists for marketing and product life cycle management to  boost contributions in these areas to the company's continuous growth.

Kilgray’s CEO István Lengyel explained that "over the last couple of years, Kilgray reached a level of maturity in its products and processes that fuels a healthy growth. We are shifting gears now, to realize our vision and continue growing. In this new stage of growth, we need the best talent we can find in every position of our flat structure."

Gergely Kereszturi is an online marketing veteran with international experience in marketing and B2B sales. Having spent 15 years mostly in digital marketing, he built up agency subsidiaries for the performance marketing giant iProspect in Budapest, Hungary and Istanbul, Turkey, and created successful digital campaigns for dozens of international brands. He helped several startups (Gravity -Rock Solid Recommendations, EasyLing - 1-click website translation, etc.) get international attention and increase sales.

"From my personal perspective Kilgray is a very unique company: it has very strong products and an ever growing number of clients worldwide. Meanwhile it successfully preserved the <startup atmosphere> and a very innovative environment. I'm excited to becoming part of the team" - said Kereszturi.

Norbert Oroszi is an experienced IT quality assurance professional. He has spent 15 years in IT, worked for almost 10 years as a consultant and a quality assurance expert for the most well renowned Hungarian IT company, KÜRT. Most recently, he served as an architect in designing the framework for a new cloud infrastructure for the Hungarian government.

"It's great to see a company with a clear idea of what it wants to achieve and how to create value. The pleasure is mine to contribute to it” – said Oroszi.

Kilgray's former product lifecycle manager Gergely Vándor and marketing manager Sándor Papp will stay with Kilgray with continued oversight and support the company’s goals from different positions: Gergely Vándor will be working with the support team to solve complex cases, and with Kilgray’s development team to deliver solutions on broader workflow and technical requirements, while Sándor Papp will be managing Kilgray’s PR activities, including partnership- and association programs, industry events as well as the company’s memoQfest conferences.
