Beschrijving:I am a native English speaker based in Manchester, and I am looking to get started as a translator and make use of my MA. I want to gain some experience in translation work, and get a few pointers from an experienced translator.

I got my MA in 2008 from the University of Manchester, with German as my specialist language, and have a BA in German and Spanish. 20th century German history was my main area of interest.

I am particularly interested in biology (as I worked as a volunteer translator at Manchester Museum), legal translations and the arts, but am willing to work in other fields as well.

I am available to start as soon as possible. I work part-time in the evenings (4:30pm-8:30pm, Mon-Fri), and am indefinitely signed off work.
